Easy. Read the terms and then just click the "Order Site Now" link on the main menu and submit the information. You can pay via PayPal or credit card. As soon as payment is received, your site will begin it's construction. Initial construction takes about 6-12 hours but you will get access to it within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
